One of the most important goals of this six-month project was to explore potential strategic directions in which the product could be further developed. Along with this main motive and goal, it was also important to find answers and solutions to the large and accumulated user problems that the product had. After researching and elaborating data obtained through targeted testing of different types of users, I came up with several directions and strategic paths in which the product could be developed and thus take a leading position in the b2b event and business networking industry.
